Indian Ridge provisions is a local family run business that has been serving the protein needs of the most discerning chefs for more than 30 years. Our state-of-the-art facility is USDA inspected and utilizes the most current food safety practices.

Supporting local farmers when possible, we source product from family-owned farms in Lancaster and surrounding counties. Our Indian Ridge product lineup includes antibiotic-free proteins as well as grass-fed pasture-raised livestock.

Your gift recipient does not have to be home to receive his or her product. Steaks are shipped via FedEx Overnight delivery. Every order comes packed in a Styrofoam cooler with either dry ice or gel packs. Steaks are sealed in Cryovac packaging to seal in juices.
